At Anbrwazi Candle Co., we carefully prepare each order before it makes its way to you. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders require 5–7 business days for processing before they are shipped.

Processing time allows us to carefully prepare, package, and inspect your order. Processing times may be slightly longer during launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping

All orders are shipped using standard USPS shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

After your order has been handed over to USPS, delivery times are determined by the carrier and may vary.

Shipping Delays

Anbrwazi Candle Co. is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly to initiate an inquiry.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Anbrwazi Candle Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and damaged items.
