We encourage customers to carefully review their order before completing their purchase, including the selected scent, quantity, and shipping information.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While all sales are final, we want to make sure your order arrives safely and correctly. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@anbrwazico.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Each request will be reviewed individually, and if approved, we may provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Anbrwazi Candle Co. is not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery due to improper handling, storage, or use of the product.
